We fabricate all kinds of gates in custom designs. These can be installed on hinges which allow the gate to swing open or they can roll to the side with wheels fixed to the bottom of the gate.

Designing your own gate

We work with architects and designers in achieving the design you have in mind for the main gate. In case you don’t have an architect working with you, you can choose your own design based on the look and functionality of the gate.

Wrought Iron Gates

Wrought iron gates are fabricated using solid square or round bars or flats of a common material in the market called mild steel or MS. They can incorporate decorative / ornamental fixtures which are made of cast iron such as arrows, baskets, finials etc. Sometimes the outer frame of the gate is fabricated using a hollow pipe to save on costs.

Cast Iron Gates

Gates made from cast iron can have an outer frame made from hollow MS sections or solid bars. The cast iron elements have to be integrated inside the design as per the size and kind of gate. Cast Iron is usually heavy in weight and brittle compared to mild steel; however there are a wide range of designs available.

Modern Designs

Modern day gates are designed with hollow MS sections of larger sizes than is normally possible with wrought iron bars. There are a number of cladding options available such as wood, WPC or shera board planks etc depending on the final finish.

Stainless Steel Gates

Stainless Steel Gates are fabricated using grade 304 or 316 which doesn’t rust. They can be buffed to a matte or glossy finish. The material cost is about 4 times that of regular mild steel, so the design is usually kept lightweight and hollow sections are preferred. The hardware fittings such as the aldrop and tower bolt are also made in SS.
